Ana does it on your screen

Ask Ana to do a task in ChatBeds and she does it on the page itself, while you watch. For example:

• "Book room 102 for Sara Khan, two nights from tomorrow."
• "Add a Family Suite room type, 15,000 a night, sleeps four."
• "Report that the shower drain in 204 is blocked, high priority."
• "Add an expense: 3,500 for cleaning supplies, paid in cash."

1. She asks for what's missing, one question at a time: the dates, the room, the guest's name.
2. She opens the page (Reservations, Rooms, Maintenance, Finance...).
3. She fills it in while you watch. Her pointer moves to each field, types and chooses, with a short caption at the bottom of the screen ("Arriving tomorrow", "Room 102").
4. She stops before the button that saves (Book, Save, Report, Add...), points at it, and reads back what's filled in.
5. You say yes, and she presses it. Then she checks the result on the screen and tells you.

Until you say yes, nothing is saved: you can correct anything she filled in, or tell her to change it.

• Buttons that delete, refund, cancel a booking or a ticket, mark a no-show or charge a card. She points at them and you press them yourself.
• Signing out, passwords, or closing the account. Never.

Ana keeps talking when the page changesCopy Anchor Link

• Pages in ChatBeds: she opens them for you and carries on talking.
• Help guides and developer pages open in a reading panel beside your page, so you don't lose your place.
• Another ChatBeds site (sign-up, sign-in, chatbeds.app): she carries on by herself on the new page. If your browser holds her voice back, it shows Tap anywhere to hear Ana: one tap and she's back.

Learning with AnaCopy Anchor Link

In ChatBeds University, Ana also shows you how things are done. She switches to the training hotel (invented guests, nothing real changes), does the task on your screen, and then asks you to do it yourself. What she does there never counts as your practice.
