Create your ChatBeds account with your email or Google and confirm your email address.
Your ChatBeds account belongs to your business. You create it once, and then add your property, your team and, later, more properties if you have them.
Create your account
Open the sign-up page
Go to app.chatbeds.app/signup. You can also use any Start free button on chatbeds.app, which takes you to the same page.
Choose how to sign up
You have two options:
- Email and password. Enter your email, a password of at least 8 characters, and the password again under Confirm Password. Then press Sign Up.
- Google. Under "or register with", press Google and pick your Google account.
Confirm your email
If you used a password, ChatBeds sends you a confirmation email straight away. Open the link in it, then go back to ChatBeds and press Continue.
If you signed up with Google, your email is already confirmed and you can skip this step.
Start the set-up wizard
Once your email is confirmed, ChatBeds opens the set-up wizard. It asks about your property and helps you pick a plan. See The set-up wizard.
If the confirmation email does not arrive
The Confirm your email screen has a button to Send the email again. Before you press it:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait a minute or two. Emails can take a moment.
- Make sure you typed the right address. If not, sign out and sign up again with the correct one.
If you press the button too many times, you will see "Too many emails for now". Wait a few minutes and try again.
Why we ask you to confirm
Only an email address that is proven to be yours can claim an account or an invitation. This stops anyone else from signing up with your address.
Already have an account?
If you see "There is already an account with this email", you or a colleague signed up before. Use Already have an account? to sign in instead. If you forgot your password, press Forgot password? on the sign-in page to get a reset email.
Joining a team instead
If your hotel already uses ChatBeds, you do not need to sign up. Ask the owner or general manager to invite you from Settings → Team and permissions. You get an email with a sign-in link and land straight in the hotel's account. See Roles and permissions.
Referral links
If another hotel gave you a referral link, sign up through that link. When you pay your first bill, you and the hotel that referred you each get a month free. See Plans and the free trial.
